I am not typically one to complain, but the experience I had with PrescriptionGiant.com was so unprofessional that I felt compelled to write about it. I take several medications. At first glance, it looked like prescriptiongiant.com sold them at a good price. My first issue is that their website is so slow that it I couldn't navigate it at all---and I have a hi-speed connection. So, I finally found their phone number. I called and spoke to one of their customer service reps who told me that they have a lot of complaints about their website. So, I tried to place my order with the person on the phone. I swear, it was like the person had no clue what the hell I was talking about. I had to repeat the names of my medications 5 times. Although they are common medications, the person on the phone acted as if I was speaking another language. After what seemed like an eternity, I placed my order. I did everything the rep told me to do--I made sure they received my prescription, etc. By the end of the call, I was frustrated and exhausted, but at least my order was placed....so I thought. I contacted them soon after to check on my order. Lucky for me, I did!! They told me that they voided my order. They said they did not receive prescription. I told them that the person I spoke with confirmed that it was received. They apologized,and told me that I would need to have my prescription to place my order again. I was furious. I told them I will NEVER, EVER do business with them again. They wasted so much of my time. At that point, I was almost out of my medication I called my doctor and had it filled locally. It seems as though prescriptiongiant.com has no idea what efficiency and customer service mean.
Would YOU trust your health to a company like prescription giant?? NOT ME!!!
Maybe others had a better experience. First impressions go a long way with me.
